Job Description:
As a Fitness Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our members. This includes gym inductions, fitness programmes, programme reviews, and fitness assessments.
You will also be responsible for leading group fitness classes, such as Spinning, Circuits, exercise to music, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Toning, and 'Bar to music' classes. These sessions should be engaging, informative, and cater to different fitness levels.
Additionally, you will work in a front-of-house role, presenting a professional welcome to all users at all times. You must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, efficiently handle member queries, and ensure excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full range of member services including gym inductions, fitness programmes, programme reviews and fitness assessments.
- Lead a range of group fitness classes including Spinning, Circuits, exercise to music, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Toning and 'Bar to music' classes etc.
- Work in a front of house role, presenting a professional welcome to all users at all times.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, deal with member queries efficiently, and ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Recognised Gym Instructor Qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Personal Training Experience desirable.
- Nutrition qualification an advantage.
- Experience of working with sports clubs and teams advantageous.
