Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily operations meet the highest standards of professionalism, friendliness, and service excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships with members and create a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in achieving performance targets.
  • Oversee equipment and facilities maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
  • Coordinate team schedules and activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supervising a successful gym or leisure facility.
  • Nationally recognized fitness instructor qualification or equivalent.
  • Class teaching experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business acumen skills.
  • Plant maintenance experience essential.
