The Job

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will play a vital role in driving financial results in store.


You will support the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them.


You will demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and be a specialist amongst retail artistry brands.


You will lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a customer experience.


You will coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved.


You will implement individual and team development plans and conduct regular reviews that encourage two-way feedback and coaching.


You will create a positive and cooperative team culture in store through team meetings and a collaborative management style.


You will work closely with the Business Manager to support seamless day-to-day operations on the Tilbury Terminal.
