Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into supplier-related issues and implement corrective actions">
  • Carry out regular inspections and tests on incoming materials and components">
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency">

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently">
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills">

Additional Requirements:

  • Up to 50% travel may be required">
  • Frequent standing and moving within the manufacturing environment">
  • Working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and equipment">
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required">

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in quality tools such as 5Why, Ishikawa, and 8D">
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and its application in a manufacturing setting">
  • Experience working with switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems is an advantage">
