We are seeking an Administrative Marketing Specialist to provide dedicated support across a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Job Description

The successful candidate will own and manage the process for ordering, tracking, and distributing branded merchandise across all sites and events. They will oversee stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment and reporting. The role also involves track and raising SAP requisitions and purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and speed.

  • Create, format and edit PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support the creation and organisation of social media content plans and influencer contracts.
  • Maintain the Marketing Library, templates, CV bank and organisational charts.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of client events, team days, and industry exhibitions.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing admin queries across departments.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager and wider team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing support or senior administrative support role.
  • Confidence working across Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing corporate branding and merchandise processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • A collaborative working style and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
