IMRare seeking a motivated, self-driven individual for the L&D Programmes and Marketing Administrator role.We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate person who wants to join our Learning and Development team to deliver learning solutions to the Irish Manufacturing industry that push the boundaries and provide high quality experiential learning events in new and emerging technologies.

The Role

As the L&D Programmes and Marketing Administrator you will be part of a team who design, develop, deliver and evaluate training solutions for the manufacturing industry.The L&D Programmes and Marketing Administrator role is to provide support to all L&D activities including participant enrolments, running learning events, LMS administration, processing post course close-out, manage POs and invoicing, and liaise with internal and external trainers. Develop and execute L&D marketing campaigns including performing market research, create marketing content, social media marketing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support in forecasting and planning of company and industry learning events and projects.
  • Providing support to the participant acquisition process by handling required paperwork and sending out participant communications in the lead up to learning events.
  • Organising/preparing the materials for training programmes as required for face to face, virtual classroom, and online events.
  • Setting up the training environment (physical rooms and equipment or online environments) on site as well as at external venues.
  • Liaising with internal and external course facilitators and providing administrative support.
  • Monitoring attendance, pre & post learning evaluations and closing out learning events.
  • Organising and updating all systems (LMS/CRM/files/records) ensuring all training records are kept accurately and up to date.
  • Developing and executing L&D marketing campaigns including performing market research.
  • Creating L&D marketing materials.
  • Manage social media marketing for the Learning and Development team using the CRM.
  • Supporting the L&D Team with ad-hoc tasks.

Key Requirements

· A Degree or qualification in Learning & Development, Marketing, or related discipline

· 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or L&D administration role.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Organised, efficient and attention to detail.

·Proven ability to work independently and using own initiative.

·Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly.

·Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

·A valid driver's license is essential. Travel to both offices is required as part of the role.

Location

IMR offices are located in Rathcoole, Co Dublin and Mullingar, Co Westmeath. We offer a hybrid working model to suit candidates. Training and Events take place in the Mullingar office. Irish residency is required. Travel between offices and client sites will be required and a valid driver's license is essential.

Salary & Benefits

This position will command a package consisting of basic salary (€35,945 – €40,188 depending on qualifications and experience), employer pension contribution and 5 weeks holidays.
