What You'll Do as a Programme Administrator
In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

- Assist in preparing, distributing, and maintaining accurate meeting minutes and records of key decisions.
- Support the coordination of multiple workstreams and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the overall programme plan.
- Organise and support mapping and validation sessions, including room bookings, logistics, and materials.
- Manage calendar scheduling across diverse stakeholder groups to enable efficient meeting planning and resource availability.
- Help track and log inputs for change impact assessments under the direction of the Programme Manager.
- Maintain updated records of programme milestones, deadlines, and key dates, and flag upcoming deliverables.
- Monitor and update the register of key dependencies to support risk and resource planning.
- Assist with maintaining the risk register and budget documentation as required.
- Coordinate with project team members to follow up on outstanding actions, consolidate weekly status reports and ensure timely progress updates are communicated to the programme leadership

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a project or programme environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

- Familiarity with project management frameworks or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience with risk and budget tracking tools.
