Job Title: Project Leader

Job Description:

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced project leader to support expansion projects in design, build/install, commissioning, qualification and validation phases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring timely execution while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, EHS specialists, and procurement personnel to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, categorize, and mitigate risks associated with scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with facilities, EHS, QA teams to oversee the installation of small-scale equipment from award through mechanical completion and turnover processes.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure timely handover of projects to operations teams by managing start-up activities for all equipment and systems.
  • Reporting and Communication: Present project progress reports to stakeholders as needed and maintain open communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
