Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project performance and developing plans for successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team and identify risks and constraints, ensuring continuous workflow.
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities to ensure optimum delivery of the project.
  • Regular programme evaluation and ability to manage client and design teams' expectations.
  • Manage resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment and materials effectively.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and technical assessors to ensure the project is completed in accordance with programme and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications.
  • Meet agreed objectives in timely delivery, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of Health & Safety and Quality at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 8+ years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role in construction.
  • Must have experience delivering large scale construction projects.
  • 3rd Level qualification in construction management/Civil Engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects within specification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Good IT skills with ability to generate detailed site reports.
  • Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
