Job Description:

The role of Healthcare Assistant is a key position within our care team, responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This involves undertaking various tasks aimed at maximising their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake hygiene and dress care functions for residents;
• Assist with manual handling and transfer of residents;
• Deliver food and feed residents;
  Return used trays and dishes to the kitchen; leave residents and their rooms tidy;
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; ensure dignity, comfort, safety, and whereabouts of residents at all times.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care. You should also have legal eligibility to work in Ireland/EU.
