Senior Financial Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our expanding team across the country. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a long-established company, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
This is a challenging role that requires achieving business targets for life, pension, and investment services. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify and prioritise their financial planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets for life, pension, and investment services.
- Conduct detailed client assessments to identify financial planning requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow the financial solutions business.
- Maintain high standards in professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pursue ongoing personal and professional development by improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
- Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
- Competitive salary range of €50,000 - €65,000.
- Commission-based incentives.
