Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of multiple entities, leveraging their expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and operational leadership.

This is a senior finance position suited to a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in tax, advisory, and finance. You will work closely with leadership to drive business growth and make a significant impact on our organization's direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage tax strategies, ensuring compliance and providing advisory services across the organization.
  2. Oversee the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, and PAYE/PRSI.
  3. Advise on tax-efficient strategies, including credits, reliefs, and deductions aligned with Irish tax regulations.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports.
  5. Shape and implement our financial strategy to support business objectives.
  6. Evaluate future project opportunities to align with our financial goals.
  7. Collaborate with business owners, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
  8. Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
  9. Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Finance and Accounting.
  • A recognized professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA preferred).
  • Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational leadership.
  • Strong track record in tax management and advisory.
  • Experience managing complex financial structures across multiple entities.
