Seeking a forward-thinking academic leader to oversee the development and implementation of curricula for English language programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of learners, provide support to teaching staff, and address student complaints.
  • Develop assessment frameworks, create assessment materials, and conduct teacher appraisals.
  • Induct new teaching staff, facilitate peer reviews, and maintain accurate records of teacher and student performance.
Additional Duties:
  • Liaise with senior management to ensure effective timetabling of classes.
  • Represent the institution in external communications and collaborations.
  • Maintain an open-door policy for students and staff, providing a welcoming environment.
  • Perform teaching duties when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Degree Level: QQI Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • DELTA or Trinity Diploma in TESOL, or MA in ELT/TESOL are essential qualifications for this role.

Salary Range: €35,000 - €40,000
