Job Title: Executive Operational Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Transitions Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in fund administration, custodian experience, and transitions or investment operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal teams, custodians, asset managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition events.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and review transition documentation, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fund administration, custodian experience, transitions, or investment operations, ideally within an international financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, custody operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
