Senior Retail Operations Manager
As a seasoned retail operations expert, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our store, ensuring seamless execution of commercial objectives and driving sales growth. The Role
  • Drive sales performance by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotions to maximise brand visibility and sales impact

Leadership

Customer Experience

Store Operations
  • Oversee daily operational tasks, including staffing, stock management, till operations, and health & safety compliance
  • Plan staffing levels in line with business needs and seasonal trends to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain high shop floor standards, smooth stock management, and overall operational excellence
