Job Overview

This role involves driving customer success through strategic partnerships, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.

We empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions that meet customers' evolving needs.

  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on best practices and technology strategy.
  • Lead enablement sessions to optimize technical environments and highlight product features.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and product engineering to develop innovative solutions.
  • De-escalate and resolve critical issues by finding solutions that balance customer needs with business interests.
  • Develop account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth across your portfolio.
  • Lead executive business reviews for strategic customers and interface with C-suite leaders to align on objectives and mutual success plans.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with a background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers.

Technical aptitude and curiosity about databases and cloud infrastructure are essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

You should also be proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
