Key Business Development Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets, including corporate, group, leisure, and MICE segments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Nurturing existing client relationships through research and conversion of new business leads.
  • Establishing strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, tour operators, and event organizers.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least two years of business development experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish and UK corporate, MICE, or tourism sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
