Italian Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Italian chef to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for authentic Italian cuisine and has a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, with excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and techniques. They will be responsible for overseeing the hot section, preparing dishes from scratch, and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be expected to work closely with management and colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient service. You will also be required to onboard and train new chefs, coach junior staff, and contribute to the development of the kitchen team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experience
  • Expert knowledge of Italian cuisine and techniques
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
