Italian Culinary Expert

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team as an Italian culinary expert. Your mission is to prepare authentic dishes from scratch, following recipes and directions from the kitchen management.

About The Role:

  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes from scratch with attention to detail and quality
  • Work alongside the kitchen management to train new culinary experts
  • Maintain health & safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
  • Embodify Big Mamma values: warm, smiling, professional attitude towards customers; help colleagues during service; demonstrate problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated passion for Italian food and cuisine
  • Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and evenings
