This is a pivotal opportunity to leverage your expertise as an Electrical Site Supervisor and play a key role in the smooth execution of a CAT-A commercial fitout in Dublin 3.

">Job Description
  • As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site-based activities and teams of Electrical Engineering trade professionals.
  • You will track and record daily site activities and progress, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.

The project involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating site activities, ensuring plant materials meet agreed specifications, and managing Quality Control against approved benchmarks.

Additional responsibilities include managing subcontractor activities, participating in look-ahead meetings, and liaising with health and safety to ensure work is completed safely.

In this fast-paced environment, you will also be responsible for housekeeping and material storage management, client liaison, and reporting to the Direct Line Contracts Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Trade-qualified or construction-related qualification.
  • 2+ years' experience on a large-scale project as an Electrical Project Manager or other supervisory role.
Benefits

You will be paid at a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. This comes out to approximately €70k to €90k when converted to an annual salary.
