Important

Our client, a leading company in the data centre sector, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent position within the operations department where you will oversee all site elements of electrical projects and ensure that all project deliverables are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
  • Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
  • On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Execute commissioning and close out plan
  • Ensure close out of snag lists
  • Attend internal team planning meetings
  • Update appropriate information to progress report
  • Communicate changes to the project team
  • Project quality reporting and monitoring
  • Oversee testing certification and handover
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a Site Manager or similar role
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Project Management experience beneficial
  • Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up-to-date manual handling & safe pass certification
  • Daily rate being paid between €29.14 to €31.14 + €20 a day + van + fuel card.
