Job Title: Electrical Site Coordination Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Coordination Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating site-based activities, leading and directing teams of Electrical Engineering trade professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing systems of work, competent personnel, and working practices.
  • Supervise activity/work package delivery and ensure timely completion.
  • Record daily activity logs and monitor progress.
  • Liaise with trade professionals to organize new work areas and ensure effective coordination.
  • Liaise with subcontractors on materials orders and manage lead times.
  • Manage direct site staff, direct them to designated work areas, and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources.
  • Attend regular site meetings with site management to update on progress and address any issues.
  • Provide technical support to trade teams and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure all work areas are clear and ready for handover at the end of each project phase.
Requirements:
  • Senior Trades qualification or equivalent, coupled with 5+ years' experience in site coordination roles within sectors such as pharmaceutical/medical device, commercial, industrial, or data centre type.
  • Strong understanding of site activities and how they are planned and coordinated.
  • General knowledge of Electrical, Utilities, Cable Sizing, Transformers, etc.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and Electrical Drawings.
  • Record of success in Trade Leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
  • Strong client focus and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Planner/Organised.
  • Influencer.
  • Conscientious.
  • Decisive and action-oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Attentive to detail and record keeper.
  • Results-oriented with resilience to work under pressure.
