Complex Case Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Regulatory Response Specialist. This is a challenging role that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as 2+ years of customer service or escalation experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex cases, providing fast and efficient support to our operations, and participating in the improvement of our service. They will also have the opportunity to work with a supportive and high-performing team with clear growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple user cases at the same time while remaining efficient, professional and organized
- Resolve customers issues in a timely manner and be dedicated to provide fast support and efficiency to our operations
- Develop a deep understanding of complex workflows and follow them
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, mediation, social media response, front desk, or a similar role operating in a contact centre environment making calls and handling customer/client contacts
- Hospitality experience is a plus, in particular working for technology platforms
- Ability to work weekend days and public holidays, as well as early morning / evening shifts
- Flexible working hours and remote work options
