We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support individuals with their social, religious and recreational activities in a home-like environment.

They will work alongside our team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring each person receives the highest standard of support tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, such as a level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing or Childcare with disability modules.

Experience working in residential, respite or day service settings is essential, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or in process of registration is highly valued.

Key responsibilities include connecting individuals to their family and friends, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
