Clinical Psychologists – Children's Disability Services">As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.">Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.">Collaboration with colleagues is key in designing and implementing tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child and adolescent.">Additionally, successful candidates will be expected to stay current with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychology.">Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality psychological services to children and young people with complex disabilities.">Design and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.">Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.">Offer consultation and clinical supervision to support colleagues and trainee psychologists.">Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with service protocols.">Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.">Required Skills and Qualifications:">Postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Educational Psychology (validated by the Dept of Health in Ireland).">Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.">Eligibility for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).">Strong assessment and therapeutic skills across various clinical presentations.">Experience supporting children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.">Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.">Benefits:">Full-time permanent opportunity.">Generous salary based on experience.">Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.">Relocation package for eligible international candidates.">Others:">If you are passionate about providing high-quality psychology services to children and young people with complex disabilities, we would love to hear from you.">For more information, please contact us.">
