Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bridge Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of major Bridges & Civil Structures projects.

The role will afford you the opportunity to take direct responsibility for Bridges & Civil Structures projects of an appropriate scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on the delivery of major Bridges & Civil Structures projects
  • Be part of a core team responsible for the technical, managerial and commercial aspects of projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience in engineering consultancy
  • A sound understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus
  • Excellent conceptual design abilities
  • Significant base of IT skills including structural design software and CAD
  • The ability to source and use new design software to benefit project work
  • Independent judgement in the application of engineering science and knowledge
  • High level of commercial understanding and application
  • Understanding of the Irish regulatory and policy issues
