As a key player in our project delivery team, the Civil/Structural Project Engineer will oversee the management of projects from inception to completion.

This challenging role requires an experienced engineer who can lead project teams and ensure that all aspects of project management are met.

  • Design civil and structural engineering projects for various scales and complexities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents and drawings for client approval.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency in software such as Autodesk and Microsoft Office.

Chartered status is preferred, along with experience working with design tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs for residential and commercial developments, considering factors like feasibility and sustainability.
  • Lead structural engineering designs for various types of buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes.
  • Conduct site investigations to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage BCAR activities and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare Fire Safety Certificates and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess Chartered status or be on track to achieve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Be proficient in using Design Software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
