Seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in a supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to take on a senior position and make a positive impact on residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical operations of the nursing unit.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing support, mentorship, and clinical guidance.
- Ensure resident care plans are monitored, reviewed, and delivered in accordance with individual needs.
- Manage staff rosters based on clinical requirements and resource availability.
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate staff development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with NMBI standards and internal policies.
- Promote a safe, caring, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
- Manage incidents, support audits, and implement improvements where needed.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum 2 years' management or supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a proven ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in care of the elderly.
- Garda Vetting clearance (or willing to obtain).
