Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead by example as a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for the brands and adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Be fully aware of all company and retailer initiatives relevant to your account
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store teams and retailer staff/management
  • Use technology for email, reporting, and value-added measures (VM) guidelines
  • Build relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in makeup artistry; skincare experience is desirable
  • Experience working with luxury beauty brands
  • Strong sales background; proven ability to work towards targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships with in-store retail teams
