Physiotherapist Position

Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from multiple locations across Ireland. Our expert teams work closely with individuals and their families on personalized plans for each life stage, covering all aspects of a child's physical, educational, and social development from early infancy through adolescence.


Job Role

We are seeking a highly-motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Cork. As a senior member of the interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy services, including assessment and intervention, to children and adolescents enrolled on the Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNT).


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services, including assessment and intervention, to children and adolescents enrolled on the CDNT.
  • Deliver services across clinic settings, schools, preschools, special schools, children's homes, and community settings.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Be registered or eligible for registration on the Physiotherapists Register with CORU at time of application.
  • Have three years' clinical experience working as a physiotherapist.
  • Have relevant postgraduate experience and training specific to children with disabilities.
  • Have experience in hydrotherapy and identification of secondary impairments associated with children with complex needs.
