We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to oversee our team of engineers and drive project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the execution of projects, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and optimize results.
  • Ensure all projects meet key metrics of schedule adherence, financial performance, quality, and compliance with established standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a leadership position, with a proven track record of managing large and complex projects within a regulated industry. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is highly preferred.
