Highly Skilled Design Professional Wanted

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support our projects and deliver high-quality design packages.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare project briefs and user requirement specifications
- Develop and oversee the preparation of design packages for concept, basis of design, tender, and inspection phases
- Civil/structural design and preparation of applications for fire certificates, approvals, and planning submissions
- Liaise with local authorities and coordinate design packages between stakeholders, sub-consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Answer technical queries from contractors and vendors and approve submission approvals
- Participate in clarification meetings and site audits/inspections
- Maintain project action and issue lists, including mitigations, owners, and completion deadlines
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum degree in civil/structural or architectural discipline; 2-3 years+ experience in construction on projects; excellent communication and general management skills required; detailed understanding of industry QA standards, procedures, and processes.
