Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to customers' needs.
  • Operate a manual or semi-automatic coffee machine with precision and flair.
  • Maintain the grinder throughout the day, ensuring optimal performance and flavour.
  • Assist with food preparation, setting up counters, and merchandising the Kiosk area.
  • Ensure the regular cleaning of equipment and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Place orders with suppliers on a daily/weekly basis, meeting agreed deadlines.
Requirements
  • A high level of English proficiency is required, alongside a professional and polite manner.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is essential, preferably in a coffee shop/cafe setting.
  • Barista skills and knowledge of coffee are must-haves, with a strong desire to work with coffee.
  • Flexibility is key, with a willingness to work up to 5 days over 7.
  • Experience using a 3 group machine or similar is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
