**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for creating a warm and professional environment at our HQ.
You will manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations and support the smooth functioning of office activities.
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, maintaining high standards of client service.
- Manage visitor sign-in, security passes, and meeting room schedules.
- Coordinate hospitality and liaise with catering providers as required.
- Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies and services (stationery, couriers, confidential waste, etc.).
- Be the first point of contact for internal office-related queries.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with events and ad hoc tasks across the team.
**Requirements**
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
They should be confident in using MS Suite and comfortable managing multiple tasks and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a reception/front-of-house role is essential.
A proactive, approachable, and strong team player with meticulous attention to detail is required.
