Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value by delivering exceptional customer service and recommending high-quality products.
  • Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Building long-term relationships with local customers by providing personalized support and ensuring timely delivery of car parts.
  • Actively promoting offers, discounts and customer competitions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Limited credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time, through meticulous attention to detail and quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • Punctual, organized, efficient whilst working towards deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding their needs.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally, possessing excellent verbal and written skills.
