Job Title: Medical Sales Expertise Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to manage a well-established territory with pre-existing relationships within hospital departments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Surgical/Hospital/Pharma Sales at Consultant Level, with a strong background in Urology and Gynaecology Devices. They will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop product and procedure knowledge, teaching in theatre settings, classrooms, or involvement in our Induction Training Programme. Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of products and surgical techniques
  • Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop robust sales opportunities and advise on sales leads
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system

Requirements:

Full clean driving licenseExcellent communication and influencing skillsAble to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment
