Sales Assistant – Navan
The Field Sales Assistant role offers a combination of a
guaranteed salary
and an
uncapped commission scheme
.
Typically, a Sales Associate earns between
€30k – €40k OTE
in their first year, with top performers earning over
€60k OTE
.
We also provide an attractive welcome bonus after successful completion of the probation period (usually after 6 months).

Key responsibilities:
Generating your own sales opportunities (door-to-door)
: cold canvassing in both businesses and residential areas.
Converting warm leads into sales
through direct sales approaches (typically 8-10 per month).
Building long-term customer relationships
and
referring
new clients from existing ones.
As a Field Sales Representative, your duties include canvassing potential customers, introducing Verisure, and showcasing our products.
You will conduct
security surveys
to tailor systems, manage
installations
, and ensure an excellent
customer experience
.
