Job Summary:

Lead a team of Compliance Analysts responsible for enhanced due diligence (EDD), transaction monitoring, and preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10-15 Compliance Analysts;
  • Evaluate adherence to operational KPIs from directs and vendor partners or overall performance and quality;
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights for process improvement;
  • Communicate effectively with your team to drive individual and group performance;
  • Champion change management within your team;
  • Ensure all decisions align with customer value creation;
  • Establish a culture of compliance;
  • Develop subject matter expertise in AML compliance;
  • Partner with Financial Crimes and second-line compliance partners to execute against our AML program.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the Compliance field;
  • 2 years of supervisory experience;
  • Working knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and guidelines (BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance);
  • Positive energy towards the future of crypto and Web3;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences;
  • Experience working computers and multiple software and database systems;
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
