At our well-established client in the disability service, we are currently seeking an experienced Service Leader to oversee the provision of support services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of care and support are provided to those who use our clients' service.
The ideal candidate would preferably have experience working with autism and possess a strong understanding of Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure compliance with these regulations and provide leadership and guidance to the team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Develop and implement person-centred plans to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and staff rotas
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a social care setting
- Professional degree (level 7 or above) in Social Care or relevant qualification
- Experience in managing residential services
- Full driving license and access to own transport
