**About This Role:**

Settlements Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient matching and settlement of all OTC, Client, and Exchange Trades across various products such as equities, bonds, ETFs.

This role involves developing an in-depth knowledge of the products traded by our organization and international markets. You will work closely with traders in a front office environment, managing relationships with clients to deliver high-quality settlement services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and timely settle trades.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless trade execution.
  • Monitor and analyze buy-in notices, interest claims, and fines to recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct research and analysis into new markets and products to drive business growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of financial markets and settlement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SQL/Python is an advantage.
