We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team at Wexford General Hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced 11-bedded unit, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on patient care according to individual needs and treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
- A minimum of one year post-registration experience as an RGN is essential.
- Desirable: prior experience in phlebotomy or cannulation.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are vital in this dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively within a team.
