Business Technology Solutions Expert

The primary responsibility of the Business Technology Solutions Expert is to provide technical expertise in designing and delivering custom program solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise-wide QAD system user base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks with stakeholders to deliver QAD AUX projects, enhancements, and long-term application support.
  • Define and maintain the QAD AUX product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and refine requirements, identifying opportunities within the QAD ecosystem to drive business value.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engagement and clarity in Agile delivery.
  • Oversee product performance, quality assurance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum application uptime.
  • Resolve QAD-related incidents and requests, following established processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to influence technical priorities and strategic direction.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize delivery, system performance, and KPI alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years experience within the QAD ecosystem/platform, including QAD Adaptive AUX application.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP product management, technical planning, and roadmap delivery.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering ERP solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong skills in technical analysis and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
