Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As an early member of our Professional Services team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive successful customer engagements.

Your work will help shape best practices for how we support complex customer needs and ensure our platform is ready for scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

You will contribute to the growth and development of our team by sharing best practices and improving processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting implementation of these solutions.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Support technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of our implementation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
