Join our company as a Financial Analyst and Planner to contribute to the success of our Finance team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to work closely with the business to provide meaningful analysis and support the development of annual financial plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in financial reporting and accounting. They will be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

A key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing weekly/monthly management information to strict deadlines
  • Assisting with the compilation of the annual business plan and reforecasts
  • Reviewing and challenging AXA Ireland Strategic business projects
  • Providing objective performance reporting and analysis
  • Collaborating with the business on data presentation and visualisation

You will need:

  • A Qualified accountant with membership of one of the following accounting bodies ACA, ACCA, CIMA - essential
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in financial reporting and/or accounting role - essential
  • Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
  • Experience with visualisation and planning software
  • The ability to work well with technical and non-technical staff
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
