Aftersales Service Advisor Role
Job Description:This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through efficient and professional service-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Handle all service-related inquiries, whether via phone or in-person, with a high level of courtesy and promptness.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey work details to customers, ensuring their complete understanding and satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Review vehicle and customer histories to identify potential additional work requirements, such as recalls or items noted in previous services.
- Vehicle Management: Oversee the administration of Customer Service Vehicles, including conducting Vehicle Health Checks.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately invoice completed work and maintain relevant systems for data accuracy.
- Warranty Obligations: Ensure compliance with company standards for warranty obligations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with department managers to address customer complaints and follow up according to dealership procedures.
- Post-Service Engagement: Engage with customers after service to gauge satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
- General Duties: Perform other tasks specified by the Service Manager, focusing on improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.

- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
