Part-Time Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are currently recruiting for part-time employees to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime.

  • Based in our offices in Waterford, you will be working as a frontline support agent providing support for a leading brand, delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in a fully paid pre-live training environment which will enable you to acquire the skills needed to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires fluency in English, passion for providing exceptional service, and strong communication skills. You should be IT literate, confident in your telephone manner, self-motivated, and friendly with a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strive to achieve and maintain service level statistics.
  2. Maintain a high level of first call resolution and quality assurance.
  3. Contribute to overall team performance within your specialized department.

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you will complete the following training:
Monday: 17:00pm to 21:00pm
Friday: 17:00pm to 21:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:30am to 20:00pm
