Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

This is a part-time customer service role based in Waterford, Ireland. As a frontline support representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high first-call resolution and quality assurance statistics
  • Contribute to team performance within the specialized department
