Cloud Platform Technical Business Analyst

This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on our global growth by developing scalable and strategic solutions for our Cloud Platform team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a Wealth or Investment Management Technology team, with hands-on experience in Portfolio management platforms and working knowledge of Portfolio management concepts.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills, who can analyze situations and develop creative solutions. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with Portfolio Management teams, including Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, and Security Operations.

The responsibilities of this role include understanding business requirements, identifying process improvements, designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and health, providing operational and incident support for assigned applications and modules, performing root cause analysis and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence, defining user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements, and participating in the software development lifecycle.
