Job Description

As a Finance Manager at Sophia Housing Association, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Finance in planning, organising, managing, and coordinating the efficient operation of the finance function.
  • Contributing to the overall management of Sophia Housing Association by being a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Managing the supervision and development of the Finance Team.
  • Oversight of day-to-day financial activities, including month-end and year-end processes.
