Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Site Based in Dublin and the Leinster Region
Contract Type: Permanent
- Responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from commencement to completion.
- Ensure all phases of a project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Read and understand the Company's Health and Safety Policy and ensure its implementation on site.
- Identify and report any potential health and safety risks or hazards to the Regional Director/Project Manager/Site Agent.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that underground services, ground conditions affecting excavations or operatives' safety, and other relevant factors are properly managed.
- Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with specified requirements and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to guarantee purchase orders accurately define project specifications.
- Manage material and plant requisitions, liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and workers involved in the project, and oversee day-to-day site management.
- Plan work efficiently, organize plant and site facilities to meet program deadlines, and communicate with project managers/planners regarding construction programs and constraints.
- Comply with all applicable safety regulations, resolve technical issues, and implement quality control measures according to company procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering or Geosurveying.
- Membership in the relevant professional institution.
- Relevant civil construction experience and performance on similar projects.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
Benefits:
+ Competitive salary: €45K-€65K per annum, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Additional Information:
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and be familiar with industry-standard software and tools.
